The rebuilder also sent me a couple of comments regarding improvements to a couple of weak points that he will address.
1. Laygear improvement. The laygear is sent out to have the rear end bored out to accept a double needle bearing which is the point where all wear occurs on these synco transmissions. 2. Second Speed Bronze Bushing. Another weak point is the bronze second speed bush which is going to be replaced with the 2 piece steel bushing from Moss.
